Career
Wide experience of business, public, Higher Education. Held senior roles in Civil Service, was a Director at KPMG Management Consulting and on the board of AEGIS/Carat. Chaired the ITV Regional Advisory Board, succeeding David (Lord) Lipsey. Started coaching in 1996.
Coaching clients include members of BAA, Publicis, WPP, HSBC, Credit Suisse, IPG, Diesel, PwC, Futures Company, IAM, Dept. of Health, British Council, Southbank Centre, UN, Rotary, NATS/CAA, University College London, Selfridges, Cabinet Office, Saatchi.

Dorothea's coaching interests are in Change and Leadership. She has extensive experience in the application of skills and tools that provide insight into self awareness and development.  She’s expert in design and facilitation of management and leadership training, including workshops, and can be relied upon to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.  

Dorothea has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and is highly skilled in a wide range of different development approaches and tools. She’s a certified EQ Map Instructor, Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic programming, Certified NLP Coach.  She’s also trained in Character Dynamics with Cranfield Management School , where she is an occasional tutor.

Lisa's focus is on Executive and High Performance Coaching for individuals, teams and organisations. A business background of 14 years in management, combined with consulting, training and coaching expertise, enable Lisa to offer an impressive blend of organizational knowledge.
