As a FTSE 100 Board Director, Interim, program manager and consultant, he has a unique delivery record. He’s led major programs with teams of 4 to 50. He facilitates for customers & suppliers with skill, is an experienced chair. An accredited coach (great at helping others develop more influence), founder member of the BPS Coaching Psychology Group,certified in Cognitive Behavioural techniques and an accredited mediator. Media & Marketing, Financial, Professional Services, Transport, Engineering & Creative are his main sectors. Visiting Professor at the European School of Management ESCP-EAP, he succeeded David (Lord) Lipsey as Chair of ITV's Regional Advisory Board.
Adrian was UK & European Director for People, Strategy, HR & Organisational Development at AEGIS plc's Carat. His team's work increased turnover & profitability and landed Carat in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Places To Work - first in sector to do so - while leaping to No1 in industry revenue and becoming a National Business Awards finalist. A Strategy, Change & HR expert, and project manager with KPMG for 5 years, Adrian led programmes for Kimberly Clark, HSBC, P&O, GE Capital & others, and a complex SAP implementation for Australia Post. Prior to that he was with CAA/NATS working with HM Treasury, Dept. for Transport, specialising in human capacity, safety & financial investment.

Currently working on interim contract for one of the world's largest audit and assurance firms as a specialist change program manager, Richard was Head of Business Applications and senior member of the IT Leadership Team for PA Consulting Group, where he led Development and Application Management disciplines including offshore development services in Asia. He led change implementations at Project Board and Corporate Management levels, with responsibility for reducing total cost of ownership for software applications and systems. He headed a multi-disciplinary team of business analysts, software developers, test and support staff who produced all of PA’s software applications.
Previously a senior programme manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Datastream and Det Norske Veritas, Richard gained a reputation for delivering complex projects through comprehensive technical expertise, strong leadership and effective relationship-building, and is PRINCE2 and US PMP certified. An outstanding coach and mentor who'll help develop rising stars and round the edges off problematic team members.

Dorothea started her career in advertising sales and sales training for The Times and then dedicated 10 years to specialist recruitment. She co-led a 20-strong consultancy as part of an MBO team. She understands change in tough environments.
Her interests are in Change Management, Leadership Communications and Engagement. She has extensive experience in the application of skills and tools that provide insight into self awareness and development. She’s expert in design and facilitation of management and leadership training, including workshops, and can be relied upon to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
Particularly strong in the Public & Financial Sectors, she’s worked recently for RNIB, HMR&C, NHS Leadership Centre, FCO, The Cabinet Office, UBS, Bank of Scotland, Financial Ombudsman Service, as well as Estee Lauder, Canon and Clarks Retail.
Dorothea has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and is highly skilled in a wide range of different development approaches and tools. Among others (and we could stretch this to 2 pages) she’s a certified EQ Map Instructor, Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic programming, Certified NLP Coach. Alistair has a portfolio of business interests ranging from international investment in developing nations, through applying the science and role of customer/staff communication and service, to helping young artists in their search for an audience.
He spent the early part of his career in the Advertising Industry working with clients and agencies to plan communication on holistic media and creative principles. He started an agency within a group structure, built a client base from scratch and ultimately took the agency independent.
Rejoining a large group in a role on the management committee of Lintas presented a chance to experience the global workings of a large organisation and it was this that generated his long-term interest in the cause and effect of inefficient communication! At Lintas, and subsequently, Alistair spent his time working to help the Chief Executives of large and small enterprises see the real challenges in their organisations. A period of study followed leading to an MBA and a deep understanding of the organisational and functional consequences of poor communication.

Helen has a wealth of experience in change management and in managing complex commercial engagements. As MD of the European Unilever account for Mindshare, she’s responsible for managing the trading, planning, modelling, research and systems groups that all support Unilever Europe.
The role requires aptitude for juggling talent, ability to get to the heart of the matter quickly and agree actions. With a large mandate and team (170+ in
BM (Before Media), Helen worked for DHL, one of the world’s leading global logistics and express companies, as Head of Global Research and Internal Communications. In the express industry success is all about delivering goods on time and in one piece. She has the ability to deliver insights & solutions quickly .
Prior to DHL, Helen was a consultant in banking, oil and education. She spent five years travelling the world and living out of a suitcase. Based in
