Dr Richard Jureidinii

Previously Global People, Strategy & Organizational Development Director at AEGIS/Carat Communications, where his team's work led to the National Business Awards finals and to being first in sector to enter the Top 100 Best Places to Work.

He's a commercially-focused OD and L&D specialist, HR generalist and Transformation programme manager. Professional background of 6 years at KPMG Consulting working in Sydney, Melbourne, London, Milan and New York.

Specialist experience in Professional Services, Media and Advertising, Technology, Finance, Public, Transport and Technology sectors. His experience in public sector finance and cost-benefit helps ensure his work makes sound financial sense.

Visiting Professor at ESCP European School of Management, specializing in L&D Strategy, Leadership Development design and implementation.

Consultant at University College Hospital and UCL, working with the NHS and Department of Health, succeeded David (Lord) Lipsey as Chair of Regional Advisory Board. Founder member of the BPS Coaching Psychology Group, additionally qualified in Cognitive Behavioural techniques and is an accredited mediator, a facilitator and trainer and a coach fully accredited by the Association for Coaching.

 

Currently working on interim contract for one of the world's largest health assurance firms as a specialist change program manager, Richard was Head of Health for PA Consulting Group, where he led Development and Application Management disciplines.


 

Dorothea's interests are in Change Management, Leadership Communications and Engagement.  She has extensive experience in the application of skills and tools that provide insight into self awareness and development.  She’s expert in design and facilitation of management and leadership training, including workshops, and can be relied upon to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.  

Particularly strong in NHS policy.

Dorothea has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and is highly skilled in a wide range of different development approaches and tools.  Among others (and we could stretch this to 2 pages) she’s a certified EQ Map Instructor, Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic programming, Certified NLP Coach.  She’s also trained in Character Dynamics with Cranfield Management School , where she is an occasional tutor.

Alistair has a portfolio of business interests ranging from international investment in developing nations, through applying the science and role of customer/staff communication and service, to helping young artists in their search for an audience.

Helen has a wealth of experience in change management and in managing complex engagements. As European MD of Unilever Health, she was responsible for managing the research and systems groups.

Prior to that Helen was a private sector consultant. She spent five years based in Thailand, Korea and Australia, she knows how to work in multi-cultural environments and swim in the deep end of the pool.

A business background of 14 years in management, combined with consulting, training and coaching expertise, enable Lisa to offer an impressive blend of organizational knowledge.  Her focus is Leadership Communications, coaching & mentoring, change management and engagement. She's also skilled at workshop design and delivery. With a strong sense of multi-cultural empathy, Lisa provides an objective and practical analysis of business needs for individuals, teams and organisations. Current and previous clients include Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Publicis, Orange, Marks & Spencer and BAA.

Building on experience of people management and negotiating at all levels within organisations both UK and overseas, Lisa added to this practical element of people knowledge by training extensively in NLP (Master Business Practitioner) and Coaching/Mentoring (OSCM, Oxford Brookes University).

She takes a practical and pragmatic approach, and is able to appropriately challenge her clients’ assumptions about the reality they have created for themselves. Her focus is on Executive and High Performance Coaching for individuals, teams and organisations.
